Job summary

The Bolton Group is seeking an Accounting Manager in Atlanta to lead month-end close, balance sheet reconciliations, and internal controls across manufacturing entities. You will design and standardize accounting policies and assist in process improvements while supporting project-based business solutions.

Ideal candidates have a CPA or CPA-eligible, 5–8+ years in manufacturing or multi-entity environments, and ERP experience with NetSuite and SAP. This is a full-time on-site role in Atlanta.

Qualifications

• Bachelors in accounting/finance required; CPA preferred.
• Experience with month-end close, reconciliations, and controls.
• ERP experience essential; NetSuite and SAP preferred.

Accounting Manager (Manufacturing Industry)

Overview/summary of responsibilities include (but not limited to):

• Assist in the monthly close process, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and timeliness of financial results.


• Review and oversee balance sheet account reconciliations, ensuring accounts are properly supported, reviewed, and resolved.


• Support the design, execution, and continuous improvement of internal controls across entities and processes.


• Develop, improve, and standardize accounting policies, procedures, and close processes.


• Ability to effectively provide project-based business solutions as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance


• CPA certification preferred


• 5-8+ years of progressive accounting experience in a manufacturing, industrial, or multi-entity environment.


• Strong experience with month-end close, balance sheet reconciliations, and internal controls.


• Solid technical accounting foundation with the ability to interpret and apply accounting standards.


• ERP experience required; NetSuite and SAP experience strongly preferred.
