Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA preferred.
• 5–7 years in public, corporate accounting or transaction advisory.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and M&A processes.
• Experience with financial analysis and due diligence support.

Responsibilities

• Lead M&A due diligence, including financial analysis and data room management.
• Oversee accounting operations and review financial deliverables.
• Support deal execution and coordinate with legal, banking, and executive teams.
• Drive post-merger integration across systems and processes.
• Review financial statements and quality of earnings analyses.
• Implement and enforce accounting policies and process improvements.
