Job Description

You are a motivated professional who is passionate about the fintech industry. You excel at organization

and communication and have experience in servicing loan portfolios. You thrive in a fast-paced

environment where you can coordinate internal employees and interface with external partners

Position Responsibilities:

Manage the day-to-day workflow for the team

• Manage personnel including reviews, training, escalations, metrics and compensation

• Approve and review daily payment transactions and distributions

• Guide the staff to reconcile daily funding and payment activity to account for all daily cash

transactions

• Monitor GL activity on a daily, monthly and annual basis

• Provide information as requested by Clients, Business Partners, Middle Office, or Lenders

• Monitor control reports and hold staff accountable for clearing items or updating comments

• Assist in the setup of policies and procedures when necessary

• Back up senior operations leadership as necessary

• Help develop a culture of inclusiveness, accountability and motivation

Required Qualifications:

Education: Minimum undergraduate degree from an accredited university, preferably majoring

in accounting or finance

• 5+ years of financial services experience, bank services

• Intermediate Accounting knowledge

• Ability to manage concurrent assignments in an effective, efficient, and organized manner

• Ability to work independently within a team environment

• Excellent oral and written communications skills and strong interpersonal/client servicing skills

• Strong analytical, problem solving and proven decision-making skills

• Experience with reading and interpreting loan documentation or related experience dealing with

legal documentation is preferred

• Prior supervisory experience mandatory, prior management experience a plus
