Coinbase, Inc. is seeking an Accounting Manager, Lending Products to own end-to-end accounting for the prime financing and brokerage business. You will lead a team through monthly closes, quarterly reporting, and audits, partnering across functions to ensure accurate financials as the business grows.

The role emphasizes scalable controls, SOP design, automation, and regulatory compliance with SEC requirements in a remote-first, hybrid environment. US candidates preferred.

Qualifications

• CPA designation with extensive accounting experience in fintech or financial services.
• Experience leading a team through monthly close and reporting cycles.
• Ability to design SOPs and automate close processes to improve accuracy and speed.
• Knowledge of SEC reporting requirements and SOX controls.

Responsabilités

• Own review and approval of monthly financing accounting entries, reconciliations and documentation.
• Build scalable processes and controls for prime financing and brokerage accounting.
• Lead the team through monthly close, quarterly reporting and annual audits.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to translate regulatory developments into accounting guidance.
• Drive new controls and processes to keep pace with business growth.
