Trucordia is seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to oversee key accounting operations, lead a team, manage month-end close, and coordinate with operations and finance. Proactive leadership, strong Excel skills, and high accuracy are essential.

The role includes ensuring compliance with policies, improving reporting systems, and acting as the primary contact for audits related to overseeing agencies. Insurance experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of accounting experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP.
• Strong leadership qualities with the ability to lead an accounting team effectively.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Insurance experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily transactions and ensure accuracy in financial records.
• Ensure compliance with established policies and procedures.
• Evaluate reporting systems to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
• Improve processes and create standardization across regions.
• Comfortable with multiple ERP systems and integration of systems.
• Review monthly commissions.
• Team management.
• Primary contact for audits related to agencies overseeing.
