• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field with 4+ years in corporate finance or similar.
• Experience in corporate financial analysis for insurance preferred.
• Proficiency with Excel, Power BI, and data visualization for reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead FP&A activities: budgeting, forecasting, variance analyses, and management reporting.
• Build and maintain KPI dashboards and financial models to support decision making.
• Collaborate with Accounting to close books timely and accurately.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly management reports and communicate key messages to senior leadership.
