Job summary

Ledgent, Inc. is seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to oversee day-to-day accounting operations and drive the month-end and year-end close processes in a manufacturing environment. You will supervise a small GL team and support financial reporting and process improvements.

The ideal candidate has 5–15 years of hands-on accounting, strong GL skills, and prior supervisory experience, with Sage 100 proficiency and familiarity with AI tools in a professional setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher required.
• 5-15 years of hands-on accounting experience.
• Strong general ledger, month-end close, and year-end close experience.
• Prior supervisory or management experience.
• Manufacturing or similar industry experience.
• Sage 100 experience required.
• Experience using AI tools in a professional setting.
