Conduit Power is seeking an Accounting Manager in Houston, TX to lead the core accounting function, supervise staff, and oversee month-end close, GL integrity, AP/AR, and ERCOT settlements. You will partner with Finance on budgeting, analysis, and reporting as the company scales.

The role demands a detail-oriented, collaborative professional with strong Excel and NetSuite expertise, capable of coaching a small team in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting is required.
• CPA certification is preferred.
• Minimum 7 years of accounting experience with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
• Experience with mid-tier ERP systems; NetSuite highly preferred.

Aufgaben

• Own and drive the month-end close calendar and coordinate tasks to meet deadlines.
• Manage the general ledger, journal entries, and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Oversee fixed asset lifecycle including additions, disposals, and depreciation.
• Assist in the development and preparation of monthly financial statements.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data across responsibilities.
• Lead the ERCOT settlements process and coordinate with Operations and Finance.
