The ideal candidate will excel in accounting, team member development, project management, and leadership to drive performance and compliance. The role oversees month-end close, journal entries, financial reporting, balance sheet reconciliations, audits, and bond compliance, while guiding process improvements and automation initiatives to support new

Qualifications

• Four-year degree in Accounting, required.
• At least 5 years of management experience in accounting.
• At least 3 years of financial analysis experience.
• Strong technical skills and ability to pick up new things quickly.
• Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office Suite required.
• Comfortable communicating with all levels of management.
• JDE and Essbase experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of 4 to accomplish objectives.
• Oversee month-end close and produce accurate financial statements.
• Review journal entries, monthly reports, and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Manage annual external audit and quarterly bond compliance.
• Lead special projects and ad hoc analysis.
• Set up accounting processes for new business initiatives.
• Drive process improvements and automation initiatives.
