Jobot is seeking an Accounting Manager in Houston to lead the close, reporting, and internal controls. You will own the month-end processes, manage a Senior Accountant, and partner with the Plant Controller to ensure accurate results across locations.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance required.
• CPA is highly preferred.
• 8+ years of progressive accounting experience including close and reporting.
• 2+ years in supervisory or team lead roles.
• Public accounting background is a strong plus.
• Manufacturing or inventory exposure is preferred.
• Strong US GAAP knowledge; IFRS exposure is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Own month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close and reporting to Corporate.
• Review journal entries, reconciliations, accruals, and reserves.
• Ensure accurate revenue/expense recognition and proper cut-off across locations.
• Lead Houston accounting function and supervise the Senior Accountant.
• Partner with Plant Controller to ensure consistent processes across sites.
• Drive process improvements and ERP enhancements.
