This hands-on manager will balance strategic financial planning with day-to-day accounting operations, collaborating with engineers, architects, and business development professionals to drive business performance and growth.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of accounting and finance experience.
• Experience leading accounting teams in small businesses.
• Strong financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting skills.
• Ability to work onsite as a sole accounting leader.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all accounting operations including AP, AR, GL and month-end close.
• Prepare financial statements, management reports, and KPIs.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial analysis.
• Partner with leadership for strategic planning and operational decision-making.
• Maintain controls, accuracy, and regulatory compliance as the sole accounting leader.
