Responsibilities

• Lead the month-end close process, including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial statement prep.
• Oversee financial reporting, variance analysis, and account reviews for accuracy and timeliness.
• Maintain internal controls, accounting policies, and compliance procedures with opportunities for improvement.
• Partner with leadership on budgeting, forecasting, and strategic initiatives.
• Mentor, supervise, and develop accounting staff to promote accountability and growth.
