Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary Project Accountant for project setup, budgeting, and financial tracking.
• Create and maintain sales agreements and project-related documentation.
• Prepare and process AIA billing invoices as part of the Project Accountant role.
• Support accounts receivable activities and cash applications.
• Review sales and use tax reporting for accuracy; partner with outsourced provider.
