Job summary

PCL Construction is seeking an Accounting Manager to lead district accounting operations for a national data center unit. You will supervise the accounting team and ensure accurate reporting, strong internal controls, and timely close.

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field, 5+ years of progressive accounting experience with leadership, GAAP expertise, and construction-industry exposure; CPA preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA preferred).
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience with leadership/supervisory responsibilities.
• Strong understanding of full-cycle accounting and financial reporting.
• Construction or related industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop the accounting team with clear expectations and accountability.
• Oversee accounts payable/receivable, payroll, general ledger, and month-end/year-end close.
