Job summary

Turn 14 Distribution is seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to lead our accounting operations, oversee monthly and annual closes, and ensure GAAP compliance for a mid-to-large inventory-driven business in Horsham, PA.

You will manage a high-performing team, strengthen internal controls, partner with stakeholders, and support budgeting, audits, and strategic initiatives to drive financial integrity and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• 2+ years of leadership or people management experience.
• Demonstrated experience managing month-end close processes, financial reporting, and annual audits.
• Experience working within a medium-to-large inventory environment.
• Experience working with ERP systems (e.g., SAP).

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly and annual close processes, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.
• Oversee the accuracy of financial statements, general ledger activity, and balance sheet accounts.
• Manage daily accounting operations and multi-entity accounting activities.
• Support annual budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Prepare and deliver financial reporting, analysis, and insights to leadership.
