The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in Accounting, 5+ years of accounting experience, and at least 2 years in leadership within a medium-to-large inventory environment, with ERP system proficiency (SAP preferred).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• 2+ years of leadership or people management experience.
• Experience managing month-end close processes, financial reporting, and annual audits.
• Experience in a medium-to-large inventory environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly and annual close processes, ensuring GAAP-compliant financial reporting.
• Oversee accuracy of financial statements, GL activity, reconciliations, and balance sheet accounts.
• Manage daily accounting operations and multi-entity activities.
• Support annual budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Provide financial insights to leadership for decision-making.
