Job summary

The Royal Group, an affiliate of Schwarz Partners, seeks an Accounting Manager to support our Indianapolis, IN facility. The Accounting Manager oversees day-to-day accounting functions, maintains internal controls, and leads month-end and year-end close.

You will supervise accounting staff, manage general and subsidiary ledgers, ensure GAAP compliance, and produce monthly financial statements for management.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Business with accounting emphasis; CPA is a plus
• Five to seven years supervisory experience in financial reporting/general ledger
• Experience with complex ERP systems, data extraction & analysis a plus

Responsibilities

• Oversee accounting staff in A/R, A/P, and cash disbursements.
• Maintain the company's general ledgers and subsidiary ledgers.
• Lead month-end and year-end close processes for multiple business segments.
• Publish monthly financial statements to management.
