Job summary

SearchLogic Recruiting LLC seeks an Accounting Manager in Suwanee, GA to lead a 3-person AP team and own general accounting for month-end close, reconciliations, and reporting. This hybrid role reports to senior finance leadership and drives scalable workflows through ERP implementation.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in accounting, strong process mindset, and experience developing staff across a distribution finance function. Hybrid schedule with in-office days.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive accounting experience including AP management and general accounting.
• Strong knowledge of journal entries, accruals, reconciliations, and month-end close.
• Experience leading and developing staff and driving process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop 3 AP Coordinators.
• Own month-end close, journal entries, accruals, reconciliations, and reporting.
• Oversee AP workflows, invoice management, and vendor relationships.
• Support ERP implementation and cross-functional coordination.
