You will drive the five-business-day close, maintain critical schedules (assets, depreciation, prepaids, accruals, ASC 842 leases), and partner with community offices and corporate teams. Strong Excel and GL system experience are required.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
• 2+ years of accounting experience with month-end close.
• Experience meeting deadlines within a compressed close calendar.
• Proficient in Excel (pivot tables, lookups, reconciliations).
• Experience with RealPage OneSite or similar GL systems is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Lead the monthly close across communities to complete within five business days.
• Coordinate journal entries, reconciliations, schedules, and documentation.
• Maintain balance-sheet schedules (depreciation, prepaids, accruals, ASC 842 leases).
• Serve as accounting resource across the organization; support audits and inquiries.
