• Minimum of 5 years of progressive accounting experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of supervisory or accounting team leadership experience.
• Must have hands-on experience with QuickBooks.
• Strong understanding of GAAP and general accounting principles.
• Must have a great sense of humor and the ability to work well with a team.

Aufgaben

• Oversee month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes to ensure timely and accurate reporting.
• Maintain the general ledger and ensure GAAP compliance.
• Prepare and review journal entries, account reconciliations, and supporting schedules.
• Supervise AP and AR functions, improving cash flow and vendor management.
• Monitor cash activity, bank balances, and reconciliations.
• Provide financial reports and analysis to leadership and support business decisions.
• Coordinate external audits and tax filings and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Develop and improve accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls.
