Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred).
• Minimum 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, including supervisory experience.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
• Experience managing full-cycle accounting operations.
• Proven budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis experience.
• Legal to work in the United States and able to pass background check.

Responsabilités

• Oversee all financial and accounting operations of the company.
• Manage day-to-day accounting: general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, billing, cost and inventory accounting, revenue recognition, and tax compliance.
• Maintain internal controls and accounting policies; monitor cash flow and funding balances.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements; lead budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Provide financial analysis and strategic recommendations to leadership on capital investments, pricing, contracts, and cost management.
• Coordinate audits and maintain organized financial records and filing systems.
