Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting with strong technical coursework.
• CPA or CMA designation or international equivalent.
• Experience applying US GAAP in corporate or public accounting.
• Ability to review SEC disclosures and filings.
• Experience with 10-Q/10-K is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Act as a key technical accounting partner supporting US GAAP for complex transactions within Caterpillar’s captive finance subsidiary.
• Lead the end-to-end Accounting Review of Legal Documents (ARLD) process, ensuring governance and compliance with US GAAP and SEC requirements.
• Prepare and/or review financial statements, footnote disclosures, and MD&A for inclusion in our SEC filings.
