Responsibilities

• Prepare and review consolidated financial reporting packages for execs and external parties.
• Analyze complex transactions and prepare journal entries.
• Summarize significant transactions and support GAAP interpretations.
• Manage monthly and year-end closing to GAAP standards.
• Improve close processes with cross-functional collaboration.
• Ensure policy adherence and reporting requirements.
• Explain accounting issues to management.
• Identify and determine disclosure requirements.
• Maintain reporting procedures for internal controls.
• Coordinate with external auditors and assist audits.
• Train and supervise accounting staff.
• Manage deadlines and workload.
