Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare and present accurate financial statements (BS/IS/CF).
• Ensure GAAP compliance and regulatory reporting.
• Oversee general ledger, journal entries, reconciliations.
• Manage AP/AR and cash flow.
• Assist budgeting and forecasting; analyze variances.
• Develop internal controls; safeguard assets.
• Coordinate annual audit and tax compliance.
