Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of progressive accounting experience.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and corporate accounting practices.
• Experience supervising, leading, or mentoring accounting professionals.
• Proficiency with enterprise accounting systems and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the monthly, quarterly, and annual close process for corporate accounting areas.
• Review balance sheet and income statement accounts; communicate findings to senior leadership.
• Oversee general ledger, allocations, accruals, fixed assets, intercompany transactions.
• Develop and improve accounting policies and internal controls per U.S. GAAP.
• Support audits with schedules, documentation, and explanations.
• Lead, coach, and develop accounting staff; set priorities and provide feedback.
