Millville Donuts is seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to lead the month-end close, GL analysis, and reporting under the supervision of the Controller. The role will cover fixed assets, budgeting, and audits in a GAAP environment.

You will collaborate with operations and external vendors, ensure revenue recognition accuracy, and support cost accounting for government and commercial contracts. Occasional travel is required.

Qualifikationen

• US GAAP knowledge required.
• FAR knowledge is a plus but not required.
• Excel and Word experience required.
• Experience with Costpoint or an ERP Financial Management system is required.
• Ability to collaborate with operational departments and external vendors.
• Must be a problem solver.
• Experience with Government and Commercial Contracts required.
• Experience in a Job Cost Accounting environment strongly preferred.
• Revenue recognition experience required.

Aufgaben

• Lead month-end and year-end close, including journal entries and GL analysis.
• Manage indirect cost reports and submissions.
• Prepare monthly financial reports for senior operations personnel.
• Oversee month-end customer invoices and Balance Sheet reconciliations.
• Handle Fixed Asset Accounting and assist with annual budget development.
• Support year-end financial audits and tax return preparation.
• Manage state filing and registration processes.
• Travel occasionally (<25%).
