Freehold Donuts LLC is seeking an Accounting Manager to lead the month-end and year-end close, manage general ledger analyses, and supervise invoicing and reconciliations. You will work under the Controller and collaborate with operations and external vendors.

The ideal candidate has extensive GL experience, solid GAAP knowledge, and strong problem-solving and communication skills. CPA is preferred; travel is minimal.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting is required.
• 8–15 years of general ledger accounting experience.
• CPA is preferred.
• Experience with US GAAP and government/contracts is beneficial.

• Lead month-end close and year-end close processes.
• Prepare and analyze monthly financial reports for leadership.
• Oversee month-end customer invoicing and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Support year-end audits and the budgeting process.
• Assist with cost reporting and fixed asset accounting.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors.
