Old Bridge Donuts LLC is seeking an Accounting Manager to lead the month-end and year-end close, manage GL analysis, and drive GAAP-compliant reporting. The role collaborates with controllers, operations, and external vendors on contracts and audits.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's in Accounting with 8–15 years of GL experience; CPA is preferred. Proficiency in Excel/Word and Costpoint is expected, along with strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of US GAAP required.
• Experience with a major ERP Financial Management system.
• Advanced Excel and Word experience required.
• Experience with Costpoint preferred.
• Experience with Government and Commercial Contracts required.
• Revenue recognition.

Responsibilities

• Take the lead in the month-end and year-end close, including creating and entering journal entries and performing general ledger account analysis.
• Manage indirect cost reports and submissions.
• Prepare monthly financial reports for senior operations personnel.
• Oversee and prepare month-end customer invoices.
• Prepare Balance Sheet Reconciliations.
• Fixed Asset Accounting.
• Assist with the year-end financial audit.
• Assist with development of the annual budget.
• Manage state filing and registration process.
• Sales and Property Tax Return preparation.
• Perform special projects as assigned by Controller.
• Occasional travel required (<25%)
