Wonder is seeking an Accounting Manager to ensure accurate financial records across the general ledger and balance sheet. You will manage month-end close, reconciliations, internal controls, and partner with cross-functional teams to support efficient accounting operations in a fast-paced environment.

You will oversee fixed asset lifecycle, CIP projects, depreciation, and asset capitalization thresholds, while maintaining the fixed asset subledger and journal entries.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting; CPA a plus.
• 4+ years of accounting experience.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel (sumifs, v/xlookup, pivot tables)
• Experience with fixed asset accounting, capitalization, depreciation.

Responsabilités

• Account for fixed asset lifecycle including additions, transfers, retirements, impairments, and disposals.
• Oversee CIP projects: setup, cost tracking, capitalization.
• Review assets for capitalization thresholds and asset classifications.
• Maintain fixed asset subledger and prepare related journal entries.
• Perform monthly/quarterly reconciliations of property and equipment.
• Participate in special projects, ERP enhancements, and ad hoc analyses.
