Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business with emphasis in Accounting or Finance.
• CPA or Masters’ degree is preferred.
• Five years of recent supervisory level experience in the financial reporting/general ledger area.
• Experience in accounting for nonprofit preferred.
• Possession of a valid driver’s license and have access to a private vehicle for day-to-day job performance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee financial reporting and develop/maintain practices to ensure accurate and timely financial statements.
• Supervise staff accountants and manage the team to ensure work is allocated and completed on time.
• Address tight deadlines and manage general ledger activities, financial reporting, and year-end audit preparation.
• Support budgeting and forecast activities.
