• Oversee daily accounting operations including general ledger, AP/AR, and payroll.
• Lead month-end and year-end closing processes and financial reporting.
• Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial models.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP, tax regulations, and internal controls.
• Supervise and mentor accounting staff, fostering professional development.
