Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or related area.
• 5+ years of relevant accounting experience.
• Skilled and knowledgeable in QuickBooks Desktop.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the daily operations of the accounting department.
• Complete annual audits and tax preparation.
• Complete month and year-end close process.
• Document accounting policies and business processes.
• Prepare financial statements including income and expenses.
• Pay vendor invoices and track bank balances.
• Verify accuracy of accounts and alert CEO to errors.
• Record inconsistencies to help reconciliation.
• Develop monthly financial statements including cash flow, P&L and balance sheets.
• Review credit card expenses for all card holders.
