Job summary

Mass Digital Health is seeking an Accounting Manager to lead accounting, financial reporting, reconciliation, and month-end close for assigned business units. You will guide a team of accounting professionals and drive timely, accurate results in line with IFRS, internal controls, and company policy.

In a fast-paced, accelerated close environment, you will partner with FP&A, Corporate Accounting, Tax, and Internal Audit, delivering actionable insights and process improvements while maintaining

Qualifications

• 8-10 years of progressive accounting or audit experience.
• 5-7 years of GM/GL close and financial reporting experience.
• 3+ years of people management experience.
• Experience in shared services, multinational, or global corporate environments.
• Experience with a controlled close and audit environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute month-end close and reporting processes.
• Oversee balance sheet reconciliations and supporting documentation.
• Identify and resolve accounting issues with guidance and escalation as needed.
• Prepare financial analyses, schedules, and audit-ready documentation.
• Lead preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting deliverables.
• Maintain accounting process documentation and control documentation.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and close procedures.
• Collaborate with FP&A, Tax, Internal Audit, and other stakeholders.
• Coach and develop accounting staff and manage team deliverables.
