Qualifications

• 8–10 years of progressive accounting or audit experience.
• 5–7 years of hands-on general ledger in RTR with month-end close ownership.
• 3+ years of people management including coaching and developing staff.
• Experience reviewing accounting deliverables and leading processes or teams.
• Experience in shared services, multinational, or global corporate environments.
• Experience in controlled close and audit environments.
• Advanced Excel and strong analytical capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead assigned aspects of month-end close and reporting.
• Maintain ownership of accounting areas with timely and accurate transactions.
• Review balance sheet reconciliations and resolve reconciling items.
• Prepare financial analyses, schedules, and ad hoc reporting.
• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting deliverables.
• Maintain and enhance process documentation and internal controls.
• Coach accounting staff and foster accountability and continuous improvement.
• Support internal and external audits and audit inquiries.
