Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day‑to‑day accounting function, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, reconciliations, and month‑end close.
• Lead the preparation of accurate and timely financial statements, management reporting, and financial analysis.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and variance analysis while providing financial insights to leadership.
• Partner with manufacturing and operational leaders to analyze costs, inventory, margins, and overall business performance.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the accounting team while improving processes, controls, and efficiency across the department.
