Job summary

Conduit Power, LLC in Houston, TX is seeking an Accounting Manager to lead the core accounting function, close month-end, manage the general ledger, and oversee accounts payable. This role partners with Finance on budgeting, analysis, and reporting as the company scales.

You will supervise accounting staff, manage fixed assets, assist with audits, and contribute to ERP enhancements (NetSuite) to scale operations, while ensuring compliance and accuracy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting is required.
• CPA certification is preferred or considered an asset.
• Minimum 7 years of accounting experience with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
• Hands-on experience with NetSuite or similar ERP systems.
• Strong Excel skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead month-end close and ensure accuracy of general ledger.
• Review and approve journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Oversee fixed assets accounting and depreciation schedules.
• Coordinate with auditors and support annual audits.
• Support budgeting, analysis, and financial reporting.
• Develop and optimize ERP capabilities to scale the company.
