You will oversee revenue recognition, reconciliations, and reporting across multiple channels, while monitoring inventory activity and cost allocations to ensure accurate records. The role also involves optimizing system integrations and mentoring staff for process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 5+ years of full cycle accounting experience with progressive responsibilities.
• Strong proficiency with QuickBooks and experience with accounting software integrations.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including financial analysis, reporting and data management.
• Experience managing month end close, financial statements and accounting controls.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily accounting operations, financial reporting, and month end close in a high volume sales environment.
• Manage revenue recognition, account reconciliations, and financial reporting across multiple channels.
• Monitor inventory activity, cost allocations, product profitability, andinventory controls.
