Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• Minimum five years of progressively responsible accounting experience.
• Strong financial reporting and financial analysis experience.
• Experience preparing and reviewing journal entries and month-end close activities.
• Solid understanding of GAAS and internal controls.
• Proficiency with Excel, including pivot tables and financial reporting functions.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work both strategically and hands-on within a collaborative team environment.
• Commitment to teamwork, service, and community impact.
