Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required; CPA/CMA preferred.
• 5+ years progressive accounting experience with supervisory experience.
• Strong cost accounting, inventory, and ROI analysis capabilities.
• Proficient with ERP systems, especially Microsoft Dynamics 365, and Excel.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily accounting operations and month-end close; ensure GAAP compliance.
• Manage cost accounting, inventory valuation, and asset management.
• Analyze production costs, margins, and efficiency; identify savings opportunities.
• Perform ROI analyses on capital expenditures and strategic projects.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, audits, and internal controls; mentor staff.
• Collaborate with plant managers and operations to improve cost-control practices.
• Coordinate with auditors and external consultants during reviews.
