• Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance or related field.
• Minimum of 5+ years progressive accounting experience with supervision.
• Experience in manufacturing and cost accounting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee month-end close, including journal entries and consolidations.
• Serve as primary backup for AR/AP and Payroll processing.
• Lead cost accounting, budgeting, and variance analysis.
• Support audits and ensure GAAP compliance.
• Lead Oracle ERP system implementation and enhancements.
• Develop forecasts and provide KPI analysis for plant leadership.
• Mentor accounting staff and drive cross-functional cooperation.
