Tribute Technology is seeking an Accounting Manager to lead day-to-day accounting for our ecommerce operations, ensuring timely and compliant financial reporting. You will own month-end close, coordinate with Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, and FP&A, and drive internal controls and process improvements.

In this hands-on role, you will mentor staff, support audits, and analyze budgets and variances, delivering insights that empower business performance in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• The Accounting Manager will lead day-to-day accounting operations for an ecommerce organization and ensure accurate, timely, and compliant financial reporting.
• Partner with Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, and FP&A on internal controls, budgeting, and business performance.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills; ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual close activities for the Legacy Touch business.
• Manage the monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes, including preparation and approval of journal entries.
• Review account reconciliations and support staff in resolving discrepancies.
• Assist in the preparation and analysis of monthly financial statements; collaborate with business unit leaders to address inquiries and provide insights.
• Identify and implement process improvements and automation initiatives to enhance efficiency and data accuracy.
• Support external audits, tax engagements, and system implementations as needed.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, internal controls, and accounting policies.
• Partner with FP&A to analyze budget and forecast variances.
• Provide training, mentorship, and leadership to foster a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
