Job summary

Hoxton Circle, a Pasadena accounting and tax firm, seeks an motivated Accounting Manager to join its close-knit team. You will manage a portfolio of corporate and individual clients, overseeing accounting, tax and financial reporting engagements while delivering outstanding client service.

As a trusted advisor, you’ll develop relationships, mentor staff, meet billable-hour goals, and identify new business opportunities to support the firm’s growth in diverse industries.

Qualifications

• Approximately 8 years of public accounting or similar small-to-midsize firm experience.
• Active CPA license with signing authority, or pursuing licensure.
• Experience with corporate client engagements; tax experience valued.
• Strong communication, organization, and client relationship skills.
• Business development mindset and willingness to grow client base.
• Confident, professional, and able to work directly with clients.
• Local to Pasadena or closely connected to the Pasadena community.
• Big Four experience not required; small-to-midsize background preferred.

Responsibilities
