You will handle deposits, time cards, payroll data, monthly close, and inventory-related reconciliations, contributing to monthly statements and year-end accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Daily: Reconcile cash reports and deposits; process accounts payable invoices; manage vendor accounts; enter invoices into system; handle payroll data and time cards; update payroll information; maintain line of credit and floor plan information; audit service department labor hours and parts usage; manage CNAC cashier and administrative assistant; process payments as needed.
• Monthly: Enter accruals and depreciation; complete Month End reports; generate and review financial statements; update operating statements for Sales, Service and Finance; assist in physical parts inventory and Discover adjustments.
