As Accounting Manager, you will:

Support the CFO, Controller and entire accounting team.

Manage AR of 40,000+ customer invoices per year, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, accurate accounting, effective collection efforts and minimal errors.

Manage AP, payroll, expense, banking, and other accounting activities.Lead and manage two staff accountants as direct reports, delegating, tracking progress, and supporting their success.Identify opportunities to improve bookkeeping and accounting processes.

Required expertise:Experience withQuickBooks Online, networked software, cloud-based software, andlarge data sets.

Skilled at delegating, holding staff accountable, mentoring, and supporting team members.Have an ownership mentality, be a self-starter, and possess a desire to grow.
