Job summary

Crafty is seeking an Accounting Manager, AP + Partner Billing to lead the accounting operations supporting Accounts Payable, Partner Billing, and related month-end close activities. This role designs scalable processes, strengthens controls, and oversees outsourced operations to ensure accuracy and timely partner billing.

This leader will manage the Senior Accounting Specialist and three Flatworld resources, set KPIs, drive automation, and build SOPs across a high-volume finance team while

Qualifications

• Understands AP, vendor payments, and close activities within the general ledger.
• Owns Partner Billing workflows and ensures invoices are reconciled and on time.
• Designs and enforces segregation of duties, approval workflows, and controls.
• Leads cross-functional teams and outsourced resources with KPIs and cadence.
• Familiar with AI tools to improve visibility, automation, and controls.

Responsibilities

• Lead AP, partner billing close and related month-end activities.
• Design scalable operating processes and strengthen financial controls.
• Oversee outsourced accounting resources (Flatworld) and vendor relations.
• Establish SOPs, dashboards, and recurring reviews to drive automation.
• Communicate with vendors and internal stakeholders; manage escalations.
