The Back-End Operations Manager provides the leadership to consistently achieve daily operational targets throughout CNC Machining, Heat Treat, NDT, Inspection, outside services and Shipping/Receiving. The manager will drive department productivity, operational efficiency, throughput, variable cost and Pipe line projects. The manager is responsible for the full execution of the ship plan to achieve customer commitments.
