Job summary

Creative Financial Staffing, LLC is seeking an Accounting Manager in the Greater Hartford area to lead the accounting team, manage the close process in a multi-entity environment, and strengthen internal controls while mentoring staff for accuracy and timeliness.

You will drive process improvements, ensure GAAP compliance, and deliver ad-hoc analyses to leadership in a high-growth, PE-backed organization with ongoing system integrations.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to the accounting team; review Jes, recs, intercompany, lead and mentor the team.
• Manage the monthly, quarterly and year end close process in a multi-entity environment.
• Develop and implement new processes and procedures to improve workflow and support growth.
• Maintain internal controls and ensure GAAP compliance.
• Analyze trends, variances and operational results; provide ad-hoc analyses.
• Work cross functionally to resolve accounting issues and improve reporting accuracy.
• Additional duties as assigned.

Accounting Manager

Salary : $125,000 annually

Our client, a global organization within the Greater Hartford area, is currently seeking an Accounting Manager to join their organization that is experiencing accelerated growth!
