We are currently seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to join our team and help drive our financial operations to new heights.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned accounting professional to step into a leadership role within our organization. Reporting directly to senior leadership, the Accounting Manager will oversee critical accounting functions and play a key role in enhancing our financial processes. This position offers a clear path to advancement, as it will transition into the Controller role upon the retirement of the current Controller.

Key Responsibilities·Manage and oversee payroll operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
·Lead month-end closing processes, including account reconciliations and financial statement preparation.
·Develop, implement, and refine accounting controls and processes to drive operational efficiency, including job cost analysis.
·Administer and optimize key internal accounting systems.We are currently using SAP Business One, but we also sell and support Acumatica and Microsoft Business Central.
·Handle percentage-of-completion and time-and-materials billing, ensuring proper revenue recognition and invoicing.
·Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support organizational goals and streamline financial operations.
Key Requirements·Minimum of 5 years of accounting experience in Professional Services, with a strong understanding of percentage-of-completion and time-and-materials billing.
·Proficiency with one or more ERP systems, such as SAP Business One, Acumatica, or Microsoft Business Central.
·Experience in developing and implementing accounting controls and procedures.
·Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
·Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment while maintaining a high level of accountability and collaboration.
