• SAP proficiency and advanced Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the month-end close, including review of reconciliations, journal entries, and supporting documentation.
• Own inventory accounting, including periodic adjustments.
• Manage accounting for prepaid expenses, leases, other assets, payroll-related costs, operating expenses, other income and expense, and fixed assets.
• Review new customer and vendor setups and pricing in the company's ERP system.
• Assist in preparing monthly and quarterly financial statements, including cash flow and equity.
• Analyze period-over-period variances and explain key business drivers.
• Respond to inquiries from accounting teams across the organization and support special projects for finance leadership.
• Help coordinate internal and external audits.
• Identify process improvements, recommend changes to management, and see them through.
