Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of month-end close, reconciliations, AP, and AR.
• Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Payroll systems experience (ADP/Paycor preferred).

Responsibilities

• Lead the Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Payroll functions.
• Supervise, mentor, and develop members of the accounting team.
• Manage the month-end close process, including journal entries and reconciliations.
• Oversee vendor payments, customer billing, cash applications, and collections.
• Ensure accuracy of financial records with strong internal controls and compliance.
• Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes and operational efficiency.
• Support annual financial audits and collaborate with the Controller.

Overview Of The Accounting Manager

• Lead the Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Payroll functions.
